Meet IPáirc Senior Management Team

CEO IPairc Ray Peers

Ray Peers CEO
Over 30 years parking industry experience leading DAA, FPS, Q-Park and now I Pairc .

Acquired, managed and developed car park assets today valued in excess of €250m. Grew Q-Park to be Ireland’s most successful off-street parking company with over 35,000 spaces in 34 car parks, with annual turnover in excess of €70m per year and over 10m customers. Grew Dublin Airport parking business turnover from £1.1m in 1988 to £10.6m in 1996. Proven record delivering innovative strategic solutions in response to economic conditions that sustain revenue, reduce costs, improve productivity and efficiencies, while continuing to grow businesses.

Founding member and Chairman of Irish Parking Association and Chairman Dublin City Business Association.

Gerry Callaghan

Gerry Callaghan (FCCA) Finance Director 
Over 30 years experience working in the parking industry.

Extensive knowledge of car park operations, systems, and internal controls.  Gerard previously held the role of Financial Controller for Irish Car Parks Limited and was a key figure in the Future Parking Services acquisition of ICP and the subsequent acquisition of FPS by Q-Park Group in 2002. In 2007, Gerard was appointed Financial Director at Q-Park Ireland. In 2013 Gerard was appointed Head of Operations.

In January 2016 Gerry was appointed Head of Operations & Finance for NCPS in Northern Ireland.

Aldis Kazakevics Director of Operations & IT Support
Over 12 years experience working in the parking industry.

Extensive knowledge of car park operations, car park management systems, internal controls and facility management. Aldis previously was employed by Q-Park Ireland as a Area Manager for the West region. Aldis has been involved in capital expenditure project management. As Area Manager, Aldis was responsible for Management of the annual budgets for each site, financial audits, cost controls, staff performance management, monitoring of financial trends on an ongoing bases and initiate appropriate remedial action where significant variances were identified.
