IPairc Have Added Summer Street Multi-storey Car Park to Their Portfolio

IPairc delivers  professional and quality parking services across the country. They have recently added Summer Street multi-storey car park to their portfolio. In the first few months under the IPairc Limited management team the site has already benefitted from significant investment and improvements.

IPairc is led by Mr. Ray Peers who is well known and respected in the parking industry in Ireland and Europe.  He previously was in charge of the DAA, FPS, and Q-Park car parks in Ireland before establishing the dynamic new IPairc operation.

The Summer Street car park management system has been upgraded allowing its users to settle their parking fees by credit / debit cards as well as contactless payment options. New technology allows delivery of flexible parking options and accordingly IPairc has rolled out Top-Up iCards offering daily parking from as little as €3 per day which is an over 50% discount compared to the standard daily parking fees.

As part of a Sustainable Energy Plan the parking facility has also received a full scale LED lighting system upgrade which minimises energy demand yet delivers a brighter and safer environment for the facility users.

The Summer Street parking facility is located just 2 minutes’ walking distance away from the new Limerick Court House due to open soon. The car park will serve as the main parking location in the area.
